Our endeavour is to keep all of our customer happy at all times, however, "Hands Up" we are not 100% perfect (although 99% is close enough!).
If you are not pleased with your Tiptoe Tots purchase, please return it unworn and in the original packaging with all tags attached within 30 days and we will happily issue you with a refund less post & package costs.
Where goods are unavailable you will be informed and entitled to an alternate style of your choice or a refund within 30 days.
